Blitzkrieg 1.3.3

This minor update fixes a few things :partying_face:

• Rating battles now no longer count in /today
  • This resolves the issue where some tanks had NaN stats
• Stats with the value of -Infinity are now ommited
• Images are not longer cached in dev env
